I have not taken the breakfast due to early appointment of Visa interview. However I have taken the dinner and it was good.
Took advantage of the downtown location to walk to dinner, check out a couple galleries, and have drinks. It was great. Service top notch as always. Bed comfort can not be beat.
The room was comfortable. Air conditioning worked well. Shower worked well, hot water was available all the time. Great view on Mumbai from the room window on 12th floor. The staff was very polite and kind. I stayed for 2 nights in July. The breakfast and especially dinner was exeptionally great. Not spicy at all - exactly as i asked.
An interesting experience was to see some massive Hindu religious Ganesh celebration festival happened just next to the hotel, that you will not see probably anywhere in the world.
On our first night, we got there very early as we landed at around 5am but they made a plan to get us a room as soon as they could and they even upgraded us, which was very welcome after a long flight. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant and the food was exquisite. The chicken wings and cream cheese stuffed rolls were divine! Our waiter was wonderful by giving suggestions about the food and wine menu.

The location on page has been shown near Minara Masjid, however the hotel is app one km away from Minara Masjid going through stinky inner lanes
The room which was provided to me was having stinky smell which i complained to the staff, In reply they stated that the room was closed from some days
Breakfast was good. Happy to have breakfast being served on the 1st floor as it was done earlier. Also happy to see that the restaurant was opened again on the 1st floor for dinner. It should be open for both lunch and dinner.
