Hotel room is very well cleaned and linen were cleaned as well, food is so delicious with reasonable price. The Manager Mr. Ranadeb Ghosh is very helpful person who helped us a lot from the beginning. Definitely recommend others.
Roms are so spacious and cleanness of everything is good. Food are tasty. Main thing is that Mr. Ranadeb Ghosh who guided us from the beginning and he is so well manned person with helping nature. The reception person Badal is also very helpful person.
Worst behaviour from the hotel management.. we booked a room for 27th March night and when we were about to check in, they told no rooms were available. We went in search of hotels by 10 pm and finally landed at ginger inn at 11 30.. so upset and very worst behaviour
The experience of food both for dinner and breakfast were exceptional. So many options and such amazing food. The room however was small and the amenities were not the best as per the room charges and also the other in house experiences offered by the hotel are exquisite and makes it a True Taj experience.
