It’s the location which is the best very close to the Temple (thou in a little alley)
and the host Mr. Prabhu ji is a humble and kind man! If he is in the guest house or the vicinity he makes sure everything is organised and comfortable during your stay !
The location is inside the Kashi Vishwanath temple premises. So it is very easy to have darshan. Due to security and narrow streets, we can not directly reach the guest house with luggage from any vehicle. You need to walk atleast half a kilometer. Ofcourse, the guest house incharge provided a person to carry the luggage.
We had a great time at this guest house and would recommend it. The best thing were the managers who were very helpful, friendly and accommodating (my little one was ill and needed the room earlier, but generally they were very helpful)
Also the location is good, so close to Assi Ghat, but also far from the really busy part of town.
The Inn is a quiet and beautiful place in crazy loud Varanasi. You can walk easily through the small lanes to the ghats.
The deluxe double room was very nice, the bed was very comfortable a the bathroom the most beautiful I have ever seen in an Indian guest house!
And they have a good and reasonable priced laundry service.
During our stay at Shiva guest house, we loved how the staff treated us since the very beginning. They were helpful at all times and offer to guide us with anything we could struggle with during our journey in india. The house was a classic indian building, very cozy and welcoming. Location was perfect.
It felt like 2nd inning home for me. As I checked in into guest House Mr Anand property owner taken care alot of everything. He is such a generous and humble guy. All facilities are available there within the budget. Such a reliable and trustworthy property Into this location.
