As I wished the location was close to the beach and for taking lunch and dinner plenty of restaurants were there close by.
Since the property is in the most happening place you get everything there like entertainment-taking sea bath, fun for kids and family,booz etc
You can get cab for any place to visit in Goa. Local taxis are there but are costly.No Uber or ola services in Goa.
One should download the GoaMiles app and book taxi to visit any destination in Goa.This provides you taxis which charge fare reasonably.
Hotel is very near to the beach. Charges of this hotel is very reasonable. Scooty or rent a car they will provide on your need. All package with water sports and dinner cruise everything providing. Market is very close for shopping . For enjoy all clubs just 5 mins walking distance.

flat is spacious and newly built, kitchenette is perfect and newly built and modular look, we cooked all items breakfast, lunch and dinner all in our flat which helped us saved a lot of money. the owner mr. adish helped us in arranging daily chores and changing gas cylinder instantly when it got empty.
The guest house was near to sea shore but the staff was (Arman) was very rude and bad behaviour he didn't change the towels and for 3 days he didn't changed and Tv was not working
Basically it's guest house, it's residential building, it's very congested room
Services is nothing, not even single water , they won't give minimum services like water, coffee/tea,
That to only single person is visible during check inn
Thats final.
