Riverdale is stunning! A gorgeous house with so much space and beautiful surroundings. Great for the whole family, the games room was a winner! Iggy and Anne were wonderful hosts who couldn’t have been more helpful on arrival and throughout. The local pub and shop are so close by and the house is just a few minutes drive from Carlingford! We will definitely be back, thank you Iggy and Anne!
The entire stay from beginning to end was excellent. The room was very comfortable, the shower was great, the breakfast was great, the dinner was great too.
Beautiful guest house. Very friendly a accommodating owners. Went that extra mile giving us lift to wedding reception. Continenal breakfast was perfect.
What an absolute treat it was to stay here. It is a beautiful setting with gardens and the pond and our room was gorgeous. Ten out of ten for everything, cleanliness, linen, bed, bath, breakfast (amazing), staff and ambience. We will most certainly be back! Unfortunately we couldn't book dinner there as we stayed on a Monday but had a lovely restaurant recommended. We will be booking in for a dinner package next time, can't wait!
Breakfast was fabulous, staff were genuinely lovely and friendly, location was perfect and our room was excellent with such a comfortable bed. We ate dinner the 2 nights in the hotel and both times it was beautifully made with all fresh produce. Will definitely stay here again.
Breakfast was great. Not your common type rashers and sausages. Very tasty.
I also had dinner here as it seemed popular. I had the nicest steak in a long long time.
The staff were on the ball and very professional whilst being genuinely nice, a rarity nowadays.
Host was very accommodating and very lovely to speak too! Have lots of recommendations for dinner and nice spots around Carlingford!
