Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening – distinguishing them from country or guest houses.
Absolutely love our stay in The Gecho Inn Town. The room was remarkably spacious, spotless and well equipped! They even have hairdrier in the room! Its located in the center of the city, very easy to get around. We also went sight seeing aroung the neighborhood and found so many nice eatery places around. The hotel has breakfast package included, which was very nice as we need to catch the morning verry. We ordered toast and pancake.
Was a lovely place right by the beach! The room was great. The host and staff were wonderful and helpful, helping to book food for dinner and giving local advice. The breakfast was fantastic.
Beautiful view and garden.
Swimming pool was nice.
House well located, 10 minutes by car to the harbour. Service arranged by the owner.
They do not cook, but near restaurant offer this service and bring your dinner at home, food was good.
Breakfast prepared bu the owners is really good.
There are 2 beautiful dogs living here.
We used it just as an overnight stay before the ferry to Karimunjawa. For this purpose it’s perfect. It’s clean, well designed, and has an in-house restaurant for breakfast and dinner. It’s also walking distance from other restaurants such as Pizza hut and KFC.
Mia was very welcoming and very helpful in getting us a taxi to Jepara ferry port for the next morning, advising on timings and also advising us on where to go for dinner. She also got breakfast organised for us earlier than the norm so that we could get our taxi on time. Breakfast was good.
Nice place, beautiful rooms on the beach.
Very kind host.
Our host was helpful enough to help us order our dinner. Finally we had it under a storm with no more electricity but we were sheltered and with candles :)
We loved everything about this place. No surprise foreign tourists favour The Gecho Inn. Huge rooms, comfy beds, spacious, clean en-suite bathrooms. Surprisingly good on-site restaurant with huge range of dishes. Pool table, darts, fabulous coffee made in 60’s era espresso machine. As a family we can highly recommend The Gecho Inn. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else In Jepara.
amazing, clean and excellent way above average service. I can’t recommend this place more! We were treated like royalty (the service was amazing with a smile!) the food was superb and the room was perfect. I will be recommending this to everyone who comes to Jepara, staff were amazing and the owners are extremely lovely people - thank you Gecho country Inn for our best stay while in Java for 7 weeks (and we stayed at many more expensive places).
We stopped here for an afternoon and a night after our trip in Karimunjawa.
It was nice to spend some time with a mango juice in the Gazebos in front of the sea before walking along the beach to get the dinner at the Marina restaurant (recommended by our host). The host is a very nice lady likely to help for anything.
I recommend!
