Breakfast and dinner buffet was good. The location was great and the shuttle service from the airport was really good. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I used the pool and gym, as well as their hair salon and massage option. All top quality!
Nearby with Tanah Abang Mall. Just a few minutes to reach. Located near the roadside, but luckily the road was not busy. Breakfast is varied & tastes good. The staff are friendly. Room service for dinner is good, we love nasi goreng gila so much.
We booked a Junior Suite room, and the benefits exceeded our expectations. We didn't expect to have access to the Lounge to enjoy snacks in the afternoon and around dinner time. The breakfast selection is exceptional for us. The hotel location is perfect for our family. It is near a mall where we can walk for 5 minutes. The staff is friendly and very accommodating.

The cleaning and Housekeeping team works very well, the open buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner were very nice and delicious.

Located walking distance to national monument, presidential palace, Isaqlal mosque and Gambir station. Though if you have luggage take a taxi to/from Gambir station.

Very convinient to go shopping and going for lunch or dinner in the hotel restaurant or going to the Mall , so many restaurants and a foodcourt at the 3rd floor of the Kelapa Gading Mall. I will recommend to my children and my family member to stay at your hotel and when I am in Jakarta I will stay at Harris Hotel again.
Water refill in the hallway, kettle in the room with complimentary tea and coffee, nice room view, comfortable bed and nice overall vibe of the room. Breakfast was nothing special, some classic indonesian dishes (that are more like lunch / dinner type of dish for Europeans) there was also toast, jam, hazelnut and peanut spread. Free water and instant coffee and tea. But you do have breakfast at tje rooftop bar which has a nice view.
