Everything :) the location, the cleanliness, the owner and his staff. I took a room with balcony, and it is very nice to enjoy the breeze. They also have laundry with dryer and provide clothes line in the balcony. I came back home with all clean clothes :) unlimited drinking water from dispenser, lots of utensils, microwave and sink we can use. Definitely will stay here again if go visit HK again. Holiday Guest House was a great option for me as a solo traveller. I just wanted somewhere affordable to stay in Hong Kong and I wanted somewhere central. Although the room is small it was perfect for me as a solo traveller. The room had air conditioning and a comfortable bed. It was a single room for the same price as most of the hostels in the area but with the added benefit of having your own room. It was exactly what I wanted.
Best location; you can find everything in 10min walking: local restuarants, fine dinning, shopping mall, supermarket. MRT station in just 3min walking. Staff are helpful and freiendly.
The Guest House could not have been better placed - beside a metro station and very close to an airport bus stop. The owner/manager was very helpful. The weather was extremely hot so having access to a fridge and washing machine was great. The room was a reasonable size given that it was Hong Kong.
If you want to go to Disneyland this is a must place. You go in the morning and then you come back to the hotel around 3-4pm for a shower and some rest and have dinner and then go back for the closing fireworks
Hotel is clean, dinner buffet was great. Family room is a little dated but spacious.
Pool and gym are great, needs a little more seating around the pool

Perfect if you want to visit Disneyland. There are multiple pools to relax, with sauna, stream room, and gym. Surrounding of the hotel is quiet, with nice garden. It is lovely to walk outside after dinner, it is by the bay and the lights of HK are visible.
Close proximity to the hustle and bustle in MK but the streets back to the inn is quiet and deserted past 2230/2300hrs. Room cleaning staffs are friendlier than those at the reception 😂
The most spectacular thing at that hotel is Mimi from the reception! Not even friendly and cute - she gave us a very warm feeling from the beginning till the end!
