I liked Mr Yiannis the owner who was very polite & always helpful to our questions regarding where to spend our day.
We liked the location in front of the best street which includes many taverns, restaurants and bars!
We had a very nice stay here, with a quiet room, very helpful & sweet hosts who gave us very good recommendations what to do & where to go (for the beach, to have a good coffee, for dinner etc). It was a very nice & cosy place & they made us feel very welcome. The location is also good & secure, very central. We could reach the beach by walking in Mytilene. The price & quality is very satisfactory.
Right from the beginning the stay was lovely. The host was amazing and so friendly, and the room had a beautiful view of Mytilini. It was very clean and air conditioned! The location was also perfect; it was right in the centre and only a short walk to the beaches. I would definitely stay here again.

- this place is perfect for visitors who travels to beach during day ( 45 min to 1 hr drive to perfect beach) , soend the day there and then come to city center at evening to enjoy a great dinner and leisure time at center

I loved the location, very peaceful and quiet with a stunning view of the sea over a beautiful olive grove. The villa was exceptionally well provisioned and the hosts had thought of everything. They were very responsive and quick to reply on all questions.
It's a wonderful place to relax and recharge with a beautiful beach just a few minutes away and a great taverna with delicious food and very friendly and welcoming hosts nearby. I would definitely go back next time I get the chance.
Newly restorated so everything is new. Personnel is nice and helpful. The kitchen has eletronics ready to prepare food. Hotel is located at the center so you dont need to use transportation. There are lots of restaurant options for breakfast, dinner and alcohol.
We loved everything about it. Bed was comfy, studio was like home. Kitchen, sink, oven, microwave everything you need is inside. Because in the island, sometimes shops can be closed, so we bought somethings from supermarket and we made our own tavern at the balcony.
The host was so helpful about everything.
absolutely everything! discreet hosts. lived like a local. welcomed by the village. mermaid taverna on the corner of the street first class. the house is quiet, huge downstairs space, splendid oven and cooking facilities (and I’m a chef!) comfortable beds, quality bed linen and towels. the living room sofas are also delightful to lounge on, a rarity to be sure!
