Best value for the money. We stayed in a room with big terrace and sea view. The location is just few minutes from the beach and yet it is very quiet. The room has air condition, refrigerator, cooktop, kettle, kafemachine. It is 5 minutes to Petra by car and 15 minutes to Molyvos. If you don't want to drive any of those places you can still get a decent meal from of the tavernas at the beach that is walking distance
