We stayed at this property for 3 nights and it was one of the best decision we made for our trip to Georgia. The host is very quick to respond to all our queries. The property has car free parking in its premises. Rooms are clean and provided with all basic amenities. Supermarkets, fast food , shopping and money exchanges are quite nearby. The photos online do not do the rooms justice and I was incredibly impressed by both the size and style. The hotel's bar and restaurant were exceptional for dinner and late night beverages. I've already recommended this hotel and I will absolutely stay here again!
It is a family run pension with very friendly, open minded and flexible owners. The pension itself is well located between the airport and Tiflis city. Parking is availabe in or outside which made is a very good location before flying bying home the. We have had a great time with them and neighbouring friends too in the garden area, lot of of good disussion, drinks and food and food. Nice pool and spacious, well equipped rooms. Big Supermarket is just a around the corner. By Taxi / Bold ~10min to the old city.

This guest house was exceptional in every way. Shota is a generous, cheerful host. The guest house is in Sololaki, an interesting, architectural gem of an inner city neighbourhood that gives easy, close access to Tbilisi. There was plenty of hot water for showers, a very comfortable bed, and extra treats like a welcoming bottle of wine and sweets. Staying here made my 9 night Tbilisi stay perfect. All these aspects made Siemen's such good value for money
