Our room was spacious and very clean. The furnishing was rather basic but for the price we paid we could hardly expect a glamorous hotel suite. The beach is a short walk from the accommodation - this is the last house in the street and after it the beach starts. There is a café on property with a lovely lady making dishes to order. There is no menu, she just asks what you like and then she makes it for you, or if she cannot make it, proposes something else. There is another place in the same street, and a shop, but we haven't tried either during our short stay.
There is plenty of parking in the street or you can pull in into the front garden.
Few things to bear in mind:
In this part of Georgia, most tourists are from Russia and Belarus so getting by in English may be a problem. If you don't speak Russian, be prepared to use Google translator a lot.
The beach is pebbles, not sand. I like this as the water tends to be cleared this way but if you planned building sand castles here, this is not for you.
This property is at the end of town so there are no facilities at the beach - no rental os sun beds and umbrellas, no ice cream and drink sellers, no showers. And also few people so you will have all the space you need.
Our room had no air conditioning but it wasn't really needed. The window had a mosquito net so we kept it open all the time. So close to the beach, the air wasn't really that hot anyway.

Human presence was the most valuable thing in this hotel from cleaner to the top management you can see the team was there to make our stay best possible.
The beachfront location is great, the room had a sea view with a sunset. The host and staff were helpful and friendly. We had everything we needed in the room and had lunches and dinners at the hotel which was convenient since there are limited options outside.
Everything was outstanding as always. Rooms are clean, food is tasty, staff is great, facilities are marvelous. Special thanks to Gvantsa, who helped us out with all the reservations and helped us organize a great birthday dinner.
I would also like to say a special thanks to the GM Mr. Houghton, who was on the ground 24/7 checking and controlling everything.

Nice place near to the beach, good rooms and plenty of chill places around the hotel. Only there was no cook so breakfast or dinner where not possible. We were allowed to use the kitchen, that was nice.
It's a lovely guest house, only a few minutes walk from the beach, and an excellent price. The rooms were also very nice, but what really made it a special stay was that it was like being welcomed into a family home. In fact, the owners do live there with their family, but treated me as a friend rather than a guest. It was an excellent place to spend a few days in the quiet georgian countryside.
Great location, surrounded by pine trees and less than a minute walk from the beach. You have a good view of the sea from the balcony. Hotel owners and staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and breakfast tasts good. You also can order dinner and lunch (for an extra fee). It has large kid-friendly yard.
This is the best place we stayed at during our 2 week trip to Georgia where we travelled throughout the whole country. Everything starts with extremely nice and welcoming personnel. Very family-like atmosphere. The building itself is new and so are the rooms. Big, cozy and clean. Nice breakfast and very delicious dinners from the chef. The location is perfect. Just a minute away from nice and quiet beach.

About 50 m to the sea, it can be seen from the balcony. Alp the scenery including pine trees makes you feel like you are in your countryside house. super cosy!
Breakfasts are great, also you may order lunch and dinner to a certain time.
You can also have beach towels and sunbeds.
There is also a small territory behind the hotel. Great for kids to hang out while you are still finishing your meal.
I would highly recommend this property! Very good location, clean, new, has everything you will possibly need. Pool is spacious.
Food at restaurant is exceptional, enjoyed our dinner.
