Very well located guest house, amicable host, very nice courtyard. Tidy and comfortable rooms, equipped with TVs. There is a small common kitchen and a kind of snackbar if you want snacks or drinks. Great breakfast included.

A lovely little inn. The owner was helpful on arrival, showing me round and helping with parking. The room looked newly decorated and was clean, comfy and spacious. The little kitchenette was great for making coffee. The breakfast room was nicely decorated and breakfast was good. It rained during my stay but the garden area looked like a nice place to sit out. Borjomi Central Park, restaurants and shops are all within walking distance.
Very nice and newly made family guest house. Owner Lady was very nice and friendly, but not much of a english speaker. We got very nice dinner for a few lari even late at night. Beautiful view from the balcony. Communicationg with lady's son through whatsup.
