Very nice pub with few rooms at and next to the property. Family room was very big. Everything was comfortable. Tasty breakfast made to order. Staff were absolutely great - everyone was very polite and helpful.

The room was fantastic, super clean and really warm even though it was 0 degrees outside.
We had an evening meal, starter, main & desert all of which were fantastic.
Our stay was for a trip to Lindisfarne which is about 20 minutes away.
Also, the full English breakfast was perfect!
Its a really nice B&B and I would recommend a stay here!

The staff were very friendly and helpful, I arrived late after the Spine Race and there were no issues. The single room was spotless and the rainfall shower superb. The bed was very comfortable too. Breakfast was plentiful, hot and tasty. The staff had booked me a taxi for my ongoing journey. Couldn’t have been happier.

A lovely room with beautiful view across the countryside, the breakfast was excellent- really good value for money.
The star quality must go to the staff though, who went the extra mile to make sure we had a perfect stay.
Breakfast was excellent. Good choice and well prepared. (Sausages fabulous!)
For dinner we had curry - vegetarian for me and lamb for my husband, both excellent.

Room was excellent, bar very comfortable, dinner first class, management very very good , professional and gave us a wonderful welcome, would find it very difficult to be negative other than dogs in dining area but would not deter us from returning
