Included breakfasts were nice, with more than enough options for our multi-night stay. We also had evening meals at the Inn and were quite satisfied with both the quality and price of the meals. Our room faced the street, our friend's room faced the rear of the property, neither of us had noise (mostly) or other issues to disturb our stay. The rooms are above the Pub and restaurant, we stayed over New Year's Eve. No noise issues other than the younger folk outside talking which could be expected on NYE.

This pub/hotel is great. Stuff is helpful and the room is cozy. Good heat and the bed is large and comfy.
Nice cafés nearby and it is just a short walk to Cardiff Castle, Cardiff Market, shops and restaurants.
Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening – distinguishing them from country or guest houses.
Breakfast and evening dinner were excellent. Food choices and presentation were faultless.
Staff were very friendly, helpful and all were lovely.
Main building of the hotel, lounges and dining room were all really comfortable and tastefully furnished. Pool was nice and warm. Garden was also very pleasant.
Sunday breakfast between 6_10 ,got back to hotel 5 in the evening breakfast was still laid out hot day milk juice croissants. Went out for dinner came back 1030 breakfast still laid out, does not earn 5 hygiene standard more like minus 5.
I liked that the staff were friendly, my partner and I would always be asked how our day was when arriving back at the guest house.
Other guests/ customers of the inn were also very friendly. A highlight of the stay was listening to a group that were singing in the smoking area of the inn.
