The staff was incredible. All the staff that I dealt with were fairly young, but they tried hard to meet my needs and make my stay very comfortable. I thought the bed was incredibly comfortable - I slept very well while I was there. I was in the Kanga room which was right above the bar. A little on the noisy side, but not so much that I couldn't fall asleep and sleep well. My breakfast the first morning was incredibly large. I asked for a smaller breakfast the second morning and the chef was very accommodating. All very nice!

We took advantage of the food vouchers on offer to get a good deal at the services opposite for both our dinner and breakfast the next day.
But it was the outstanding reception staff that really made our stay. They went out of their way to help us when our car broken down and we found ourselves stranded. Such as suggesting the vouchers and offering us somewhere to stash our cases temporarily. we can't thank them enough.
Cosy traditional inn on the high street in Westerham. Even with the busy pub and restaurant downstairs, our room was nice and quiet. The rooms and amenities were all recently updated. Great breakfast each morning. Extra bonus for the complimentary gin provided in the room.
A really beautiful Inn. Fantastic staff on front desk at arrival. Stunning room and loved the nice touches like Gin and chocolates in the room. Really lovely products in a really amazing bathroom too.
The rooms had everything you needed including chocolates!
