Breakfast was great and tasty, non greasy ( cooked breakfast) and just right portion sizes. As we wanted to hike in the South Downs, it was a perfect location!

Beautiful room, breakfast and service.
Stunning location.
Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening, which distinguishes them from country or guest houses.
Host Tim was really helpful and would go the extra mile. Tranquil setting and 5min drive to the beaches and some great walks. Pub 2mins away for dinner or drinks
Sarah is the perfect host, ensuring we had everything we needed. The B&B accomodation is two cabins in the garden, a great space, lovely facilities and touches like nice shower gel and shampoo's supplied. She recommended a couple of great pubs and the one we chose for dinner (Crown & Anchor at Dell Quay)was exceptional. Breakfast was lovely with all local produce, nothing was too much trouble. We will be back.
Easy to park outside and the room was lovely and bright. Friendly pub where we had an excellent dinner. Although the pub doesn’t open until 12pm they have us some milk, bowls and a spoon on request so we could have cereal.
Absolutely perfect accommodation, comfortable and excellent location for the area. Beautiful view! A short drive to West Wittering beach and the local pub 'The Lamb Inn' is a short drive away. Breakfast was amazing especially the fresh fruit from the garden.
Thank you Lulu and Russell who are friendly and excellent hosts.
See you again soon 🙂
Great location with 10 min walk to beach. Perfectly clean and very comfortable. We were lucky with the weather and thoroughly enjoyed the garden. Ate at the Lamb Inn which was lovely. Only problem was it wasn’t long enough!!!
Cosy, friendly guest house with the best breakfast ever! Beetroot shots, lovely greek yoghurt and berries, plus amazing hot options. Fruit juices (mine being pear) were also exceptional. Ignore the main beach and walk around the back to the marshes, so pretty, great for catching crabs and walking. Billys on the beach - great for their seafood platter.
The cabins are much larger than hotel rooms. Really nicely decorated very airy and light. Seating area, bed area and large walk in shower room. Parking next to cabins which are at the rear of the owners house.
Tea and coffee making facilities milk and water in the fridge. Outside seating area afraid no sunshine for us.
Great breakfast lots of choice well cooked and served.
We walked to the local pub the Lamb for dinner (no footpath on the verge).
Situation very leafy and quite.
Sarah was a brilliant host and she sure knows how to make a good breakfast - the eggs were perfect! The self contained cabin separate from the house with its own courtyard and parking space was ideal to relax with a small fridge to store a few things. Plenty of walks and cycle paths nearby with West Wittering beach a 15 min ride away. Local pub the Lamb Inn (5-10 min walk) has a lovely outdoor area and nice food. Sarah also told us of numerous eateries and local amenities nearby.
