The Hadley Hotel, hotel in New Barnet

Situated in New Barnet, 3.7 km from Cockfosters, The Hadley Hotel features accommodation with a shared lounge, free private parking, a terrace and a restaurant.

Didn't get time for breakfast but was allowed a late check out until until midday at short notice. Also we came back in the early hours of the morning, so we liked that we could just buzz the back door with our room key without disturbing anyone in the middle of the night.

Two Brewers by Chef & Brewer Collection, hotel in Kings Langley

Dating back to the 18th century and set in a picturesque location overlooking Chipperfield Common, this countryside retreat exudes character and charm.

The restaurant/bar had a country cottage feel. Food was excellent and well priced. Staff were friendly and helpful. Ideal for our overnight stay from Harry Potter World which was 15mins away. Location was quiet and village like.

Interesting experience. A great concept, think of a typical Saturday night pub, people playing pool, couples and families out for a pub dinner. The twist is that all of the food was Indian food. The food was delicious and very good value, portions size was fine.
