Apartments at Number 16 - The Jolly Coopers, hotel in Hampton

Boasting a bar, Apartments at Number 16 - The Jolly Coopers is situated in Hampton in the Greater London region, 2 km from Hampton Court Palace and 7.2 km from Twickenham Stadium.

The Jolly Coopers and Squiffy's Restaurant: (Plagiarism on a Theme of New Year) ‘Twas the night before New Year, in Hampton’s High Street, When creatures were stirring, and wanting to eat. They headed for Squiffy’s, the best place to be, In the hope that just maybe a table was free. Some wanted tapas, or steak and ale pie, Some wanted burgers, (That someone was I!) Or toasted marshmallows? Or crackers and cheese? Waffle with sauces? Prosecco? Yes please! Festive gonks on the wainscots watched over the view, Like small Christmas angels, (Tho’ hairier, it’s true.) When outside the pub there arose such a clatter, We sprang from our seats to see what was the matter. Away to the window we walked, maybe waddled, All wrapped up in PJs and comfortably swaddled. Then what to our wondering eyes should appear, But beautiful fireworks from far and from near. The clock had struck midnight, the year had turned. And what was the valuable lesson we’d learned? From three trips to Hampton, the Coopers so Jolly, To stay somewhere else would simply be folly. So, we leave you with wishes for the best of New Years, And hope to be back soon for nibbles and beers!

We had dinner there two nights running & the food excellent, not silly money. Wine/beer the right price. The continental breakfast had a good range of food & the only minor complaint was the coffee was not good - bitter. The staff were excellent, welcoming & attentive, with a nice smile. The quality of accommodation was very good, with a high standard of re-furbishment, soundproofing & fittings.

Twin room was large with comfortable beds and the bathroom was also huge. Shower was powerful. All really good! Dinner was a reasonable price and great. Drinks were usual…all pubs are quite expensive now.

This was a very nice B&B. It was conveniently located near the airport, which allowed for us to quickly get our rental car turned in and into the airport. Due to our flight times, we did not have breakfast at the B&B. The B&B is a few blocks from a very nice pub that we had dinner.
