I want to be honest. Everything was going fantastic (we had dinner in the restaurant the night before and it was nice) until we had the breakfast. It was awful. Coffee was horrible from the machine and the English breakfast was the worst I have ever had in a hotel. I will stay again in the hotel but I will have breakfast somewhere else.

It is always very practical to stay at Balmoral when I go to Sunderland-matches. There are a few good pubs around the guest house as well. I'll be back.
