I've never had such a good night sleep, not even at home and it's beautiful, you can tell they put a lot of effort in to keep the rooms clean, the staff was so loverly even though I only spoke with them briefly. I was chatting to 3 young girls that worked there when arrived as they wanted to say hello to my dalmatian. They was so welcoming and friendly and even recommended some food and made sure I felt comfortable to come to bar if I need anything at all.
This charming inn is situated in Bishop’s Waltham, a small town on the River Hamble in Hampshire. It is a 5-minute walk from the ruins of Bishop's Waltham Palace, which dates back to 1135.

Room was comfortable and warm, well lit, big enough but not huge. Bathroom newly fitted out, I particularly liked the shaving mirror and the very effective shower. WiFi solid and fast enough for a decent work connection through a VPN.
Nice choice of well kept real ales in the bar, meals good enough that there was no need to go in search of better. Good breakfast too.

Friendly staff in a lovely area with unique decor.
Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening, which distinguishes them from country or guest houses.
Very lovely accommodation with friendly staff and a warm welcome. The food was wonderful too. We met friends for dinner and they too were impressed. This is a hidden gem of a pub
What an amazing stay at the cutest little Inn. Great food, Great service and oh my word the bedroom is so pretty
and they have thought of everything for a comfortable stay. We stayed at 6 different places and this was by far our
absolute favourite.
We were in a self contained two floor apartment in the converted stable building of this beautiful old inn. Staff at arrival, supper, and breakfast were all extremely welcoming, food was excellent, and facilities surpassed expectations. Highly recommended.
Glorious setting in the Meon Valley. Welcoming staff, small but beautifully presented room and bathroom. Pub was lovely and we had a delicious dinner and breakfast.
Beautiful location, next to a wonderful country pub. We had dinner at the pub which was lovely. The room itself was extremely clean and very fresh and new. Had everything we needed.
Lovely quiet location. Cosy pub and restaurant. Friendly and helpful staff. Lovely evening dinner and good service. Nice big breakfast. The room was clean, warm and comfortable. I would like to think that I will be back there again soon 😁
