Warm welcome to the hotel when we arrived. Room just as described, bed was super comfy, and we had a great night's sleep. Food in the restaurant was delicious, as was breakfast.
Useful extras included fresh milk in a fridge to use for teas coffees and bottles of water and juice available to help yourself to.
We would definitely stay again, and I would recommend it.

Nothing except the location, the heating wasn’t working, the hot water was not working. Nothing worse than a cold shower!

Location is outstanding, just what we needed, total relaxation. The breakfast was superb. Michelle and all the staff are fantastic. The food on an evening was also superb. Most of the locals seemed to enjoy chatting to us which made it feel welcoming overall. Great circular walks to enjoy.

Lovely, cosy hotel in the Yorkshire Dale's. Very homely with friendly staff and comfortable surroundings.
Wonderfully spacious room with comfortable bed, so had a great night sleep.
Food in the restaurant of high quality and plenty of choice at breakfast.
Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening, which distinguishes them from country or guest houses.
Staff were friendly and helpful, particularly with an allergy. The room was very clean and we appreciated the kettle and good supplies of tea, coffee etc We ate dinner and breakfast in the restaurant and both were very good and freshly cooked. There was a fridge for guest use and ample parking.
We had a very comfortable stay. Lovely breakfast, with plenty of choice, and a wide range of possible times for breakfast. Lots of little extras available in the room, or available in the dining room. The guest house is well placed for walking to shops and places to dine in Settle. We would definitely go back.
The hotel was beautiful and the staff were lovely. So helpful, they did us a packed lunch as we were up and out at 6am for the Yorkshire 3 peaks challenge. We had dinner in the restaurant which was really good, followed by drinks in the beautiful garden Would highly recommend.
The Inn has been recently taken over by a family and very comfortably renovated. The bedrooms are comfortable and well furnished, spotlessly clean, and very quiet. The bar and restaurant served a great choice of menu at reasonable price and food proved to be delicious! We couldn't fault this hotel!
Location perfect for exploring all the attractions in North Yorkshire.
Breakfast was delicious and kept us going until the evening.
Choice of food and quality was very good for dinner.
Lovely comfortable guest house, it was nice and quiet and the hosts were friendly and helpful. We are vegan and the options for breakfast were great. The shower was lovely and the bathroom had heated towel rails.
