The Greyhound inn is an amazing place,Sharon and Steve are fantastic hosts and the two young ladies who were serving us on the night and morning, apologies didn't get their names were amazing. The room we were given was amazing,we were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary and Sharon and Steve couldn't of been more accommodating. We had a meal on Saturday night which was amazing,I keep using amazing 😄but the Greyhound inn is exactly that. You can't fault the breakfast you had a continental to start with if you wanted it and also a hot choice. We just had the hot choice and pleased we did because the full English breakfast was huge everything you wanted on the plate,it was you guessed it Amazing😄.We can't recommend the Greyhound inn enough AMAZING 😂👍 Thank you Sharon and Steve xx

We had a really lovely stay in the Cayley Arms. Becky and Tim are very hospitable and can't do enough to make your stay memorable. I always think if you have plenty of locals then the place is good and this is definitely the case here. The food and service is very good. They offered lots of tips and advice on where to visit in the area. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone.

Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening – distinguishing them from country or guest houses.
Very good breakfast and dinner, friendly, helpful staff,
Rooms individually designed to a high standard and fitted with air conditioning to maintain a comfortable environment.
Very good and reasonably quiet location. The rooms were nice and the bed very cosy. The restaurant (we had dinner) was outstanding and reasonably priced.
if its a travel lodge or premier inn your after this might not excite you very much , but if staying in a 157 year old hotel with all the character and charm is what you like you wont be disappointed , that staircase as you enter the hotel and the ball room and the bar area and views over Scarborough are to die for , staff very friendly and could not do enough to help ,
Very clean comfortable and friendly. Excellent position for where we wanted to be and the parking permit was brilliant The food at dinner and breakfast was very good indeed. Would certainly stay again.
Dinner: New chef on our final night. A mark uplift on our evening meal.
Room: spacious and clean
Dog friendly
Location: very convenient for Scarborough and touring in North Yorkshire
The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable and there was a kettle in the room with a selection of tea, coffee, hot chocolate and biscuits. The breakfast was lovely and cooked to order. We also had dinner there I would recommend the sea bass and salmon dishes. Both were delicious.
The room was excellent, clean and spacious. Plenty of tea and coffee and biscuit supplies during our stay in our room. Bathrobes provided and the cleanliness of the shower and toilet were exemplorary. We ate in the restaurant and could not fault the food on both presentation and quality - top class. The service at dinner was efficient and friendly.
Could not fault our stay and will definitely stay again.
It was amazing for 2 nights in the serenity Guest House. It’s easy to reach the beach and the centre for shopping. There are good restaurants around the hotel. The manager Steve is a really nice person. The room is spotless & they clean the room & change towels everyday. Our family room had a spectacular sea view & it was a lightning room.
Definitely I’ll be back again !
