This is our second time staying, and we loved the cozy pub and exceptional meals, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We appreciated the real fires that were lit throughout the pub and the dog-friendly atmosphere. It was a quiet place to stay with great views of the Golden Valley. I liked the local Corinium ale they had on tap.

Charming from the first second we entered. Easy parking which helps after a long journey. Rob was outstanding help as we were trying to navigate where to eat that evening and he found room in the restaurant for us very last minute . Rooms comfy. We had family room which had large bedroom for my two daughters and I had comfortable sofa bed in the living room. Generous selection of coffee teas and biscuits in the room. Only stayed for one evening but we will be back!

We arrived late at this property due to stormy weather, but Joan was there to great us with a smile and our rooms were warm and ready! Room was comfy and warm and breakfast cozy and delicious! Joan also spent time helping us plan a drive through the Cotswolds towns. She is a host who goes above and beyond to make her guests stay wonderful. Room was so clean and the shower was hot! One of our bests stays during a 12 day UK trip.

Excellent breakfast and the reasonable price for our stay. Two comfortable beds and good bedlinen. Very thick curtains and good funishings. Lots of parking and pleasant staff.
Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening – distinguishing them from country or guest houses.
Staff lovely, breakfast and dinner great. Location nice. Truly dog friendly. All staff from dinner to breakfast lovely, well done whoever owns or runs this.
Everything was great, to be honest.
The breakfast was very good, staff was very friendly. Comfortable and big room.
Beautiful small town, that you can explore walking.
We had dinner twice at the pub and food and environment was lovely.
We would repeat for sure!
The Crown inn is a nice combination of pub, restaurant and hotel.
We stayed for three night and had a great stay.
Rooms are clean and beds very comfortable. Maybe a bit short for people over 6'5" but I managed.
Restaurant was superb with a good selection.
Pub is good too with good selection of local beers on tap.
We loved the quiet location in a very small village. Both Cirencester and Stroud are close by.
Would definitely stay here again.
We have stayed at the Crown Inn for the last 3 years and always look forward to it as my son attempts to qualify for The Open through regional qualifying at Minchinhampton golf club. However, this year means that we will look to stay elsewhere next year.
Pretty countryside. Quiet location. Interesting old inn. Friendly staff in restaurant and reception. Dog friendly facilities. Good car parking. Comfortable bed and clean facilities except bath .. see below.
They kindly arranged early check in so that we could get ready for a funeral. Room was large and comfortable in a separate building from the pub, so quiet. Dinner was in the pub - rustic and cosy. The food was delicious. The locals were friendly. Breakfast was delicious. Easy to travel to Cirencester from The Crown by car.
