Easy check in, great communication before I arrived. Easy to find and access the parking. The room was big and comfortable. Bottled water and other drinks available.

Overall very good.
1st evening meal and service was excellent but 2nd day not as good. Food wasn’t cooked properly and the service was poor.
Only issue with the room was it was dirty under the bed and the toilet brush hadn’t been cleaned.
Would however stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Shoulder of Mutton . We were made most welcome and our bedroom was one if the nicest we have stayed in. It was really comfortable and characterful abd we loved the underfloor heating in thd bathroom.
We enjoyed our evening mrals snd breakfast was beautifully cooked. The meals are served in a really characterful bar area.
Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening, which distinguishes them from country or guest houses.
We liked everything about Chevin End Guest house. Room and location was perfect. Comfortable and very clean. A beautiful quiet location surrounded by farmland. It was nice to see the cows come and inspect the new guests. Nicki our host was such a beautiful person. So lovely and helpful. Loved chatting with her. Breakfast was delicious. So glad we stopped again on our way back. It was lovely to be welcomed like old friends. Must go back and visit one day.
Another perfect stay at otley chevin spa.staff were amazing as usual and once again went above and beyond.food was outstanding from the breakfast to the dinner,the braised beef was to die for.thankyou all for another memorable stay and hope to see you again soon.
Couldn't fault Chevin Guest House. The rooms were extremely clean and tidy. Little extras such as bottles of water, biscuits and sweets along with the usual tea and coffee were nice too. We had the best view of the countryside on our balcony too. Will definitely return.
Met at the accommodation and directed straight to our beautiful spacious room, the view was fantastic. The quest house is on the edge of Otley and Ilkley so both towns are easy to drive down to. The breakfast was cooked to order and was lovely. Local tavern was a short walk with a good selection of ales and food. Perfect country parks for walking, can't wait to go back. Everyone made us feel welcome.
Property was in an idyllic spot and close to the Chevin Inn public house whim again very welcoming and if booked in advance as a guest you receive a 10% discount on food.
Place was spotless and was comfortable. ( Bed was so comfortable best nights sleep for a long time!)
Breakfast was superb and all staff were helpful polite and friendly.
The location was good with lovely woodland walks and great viewpoints nearby.
The breakfast and dinner were delicious - freshly cooked to order. Dining room had a view of the frozen lake and lots of wildlife activity.
Location was perfect for us near the airport. Parking a lot cheaper than the airport even with a nights stay. Food was beautiful we had breakfast and dinner, spa was lovely. Staff were really polite and attentive.
