The accommodation exceeded our expectations with a large bedroom and a very large double bed (probably the most comfortable hotel bed we have had). An additional single bedroom and a reasonably sized bathroom. The room as was the entire hotel very clean. Regulating the room temperature was easy.

Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening, which distinguishes them from country or guest houses.
This is a lovely little inn with only three rooms but an excellent and busy restaurant. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and were really keen to receive feedback. Although we didn't use it, the clawed foot bath was a plus, as were the excellent cookies. They don't do breakfast as they are so small, but there is an excellent bakery that opens early as well as a cafe opposite from 9am.
Lots of room. Landlady was friendly enough. The bread, cake and fresh eggs that were waiting for us when we arrived were a nice touch. Finn (the horse) was very friendly and loves children. Beautiful setting. Quiet and peaceful.
Rob was very welcoming when we arrived, letting us know that the pub was closed that evening but he offered us free drinks to say sorry. Couldn’t have been a better host. The second night we were lucky enough to have an amazing dinner on site.
