Great location, great food with excellent portion sizes. Comfortable rooms, easy check in. Lovely staff and the owner was lovely, he provided a simple yet ample breakfast.
Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening, which distinguishes them from country or guest houses.
After a long walk I was ready for a shower and comfortable room. I found it at the Three Bishops. Excellent power shower, very comfortable bed and lovely room. Very enjoyable dinner and breakfast the next day.
Dave and Tiffany were lovely hosts to this wonderful establishment, serving great food and providing lovely rooms, the roast beef dinner on a Sunday is second to none, we'll reccomended.
I found the Waverley Inn good value for money, extremely comfortable bed, clean, staff very welcoming,they had good sized car park, both external door as well as room key,.

Rustic caravan on a working farm and stables, no nonsense, straightforward and easygoing stay and lovely hosts… amazing in fact. great location to feel away from it all and just a handful of vans.
really enjoyed this stay. It was a wet and windy weekend but we were warm and cozy dry all of us. We visited family not far up the road so would happily stay again!
