Location was lovely. Felt like we were in the middle of nowhere but we were close to everything we needed to be. Room.was spacious and comfortable. I liked that our breakfast request was taken the night before and the staff were friendly and really helpful.

Susan made us very welcome, the pub is great and the room was perfect.
Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening, which distinguishes them from country or guest houses.
We stayed in a beautiful, if a little small, room. Bed was quite firm but room was spotless with a large bathroom.
It got a little warm and there's no air-con (listed building) we could only open one tiny window.
Breakfast was a delight, superbly cooked options with a lovely fresh buffet.
We had 1 dinner from the short menu (Sunday & late) which was really good and very tasty.
Staff were attentive when needed.
Lovely area for an evening walk too. We stayed 3 nights.

Breakfasts and dinners were well done. Compliments to the staff for both meals. We had four breakfasts and four dinners during our stay. A special mention for the staff at all meals, they were excellent and very friendly. An extra mention for the senior lady whose name we never found out. all the staff were great. Food was as we would expect, thank you to the Kitchen staff as well.
