Location Great, Staff were excellent - friendly, chatty & helpful. Decor was amazing. Got in about 11.30 that night and they made us hot chocolate and cookies. Lots of nice little touches. This stay was a delightful experience at Premier Inn prices. Well done

It was a lovely room, complimentary extras like processco and nibbles, water in the room, bluetooth speaker, slippers and ear plugs you could take home and an option of milk and cookies after 10pm which you could get delivered to your room. Comfy bed and love the look of the hotel, Rustic/industrial but cosy.

The hotel is brand new and was already running smoothly. The beds are incredibly comfortable and the rooms are lovely. We didn't have breakfast but we had room service dinner one evening which was delicious!

Great Value for money lots of Space! Booked last minute after another place let us down so was really relieved this place could accommodate us so late in the evening! The communication was clear & efficient going out of their way for us. Super comfy & peaceful able to get some well needed rest. Such a huge, lovely Guest house in a beautiful area really convenient for the Coop Live! I’ll be going to a Gig there later this year so will defo stay again!

Breakfast was lovely with a lot of choice. Unfortunately, portion sizes at dinner wouldn't have fed my hamster - I went and bought a meal deal from Sainsbury's afterwards as my husband and I were still very hungry.

Breakfast was fine, nothing fancy. The rooms are fantastic. Location great. I had dinner with the family there, since it was poring rain and we didn't fancy dining out. The food was great and the service very nice. The wine list could use an upgrade.

I love that you can take your dog with you (not that we did on this occasion but after seeing all the wonderful pooches, we might next time). The building has such a rustic, young neighbourhood vibe that made me feel youthful again. The bar area on the ground floor is the perfect place to meet up with friends or chill with a book and a hot drink. We loved being able to make our own dinner in our apartment and the kitchen had all the necessary utensils.

The room was stunning, food in the Tavern was great and when I wasn't keen on my dinner I was so well accommodated. The spa room was small and sweet, infinity pool is a must for visitors!

We had the suites which were beautiful and very clean . Food in the tavern was outstanding for dinner and breakfast so despite the lack of choice the quality is certainly there. The infinity pool is a lot of fun and its a nice touch having drinks in there.
