Lovely family room and our little one was delighted with the cute bunk beds and chalk board for drawing. Lovely finish to the room, comfy bed, nice little outdoor space and great bathroom. The complimentary sloe gin tipple in the room was a nice touch! Breakfast was tasty and they even accommodated a late check out for us which was so appreciated.

Stayed overnight on first Sunday of the month so did the pub quiz . Good fun with friendly locals.
Room was large ,shower was also large and powerful.
Breakfast was also very good quality.
Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening, which distinguishes them from country or guest houses.
We had a wonderful stay at the Anchor Inn. All of the staff were most hospitable, we felt instantly at home. The food was excellent, and the pub as English as could be. Our room was fairly large, but also very much a cosy one. Above all, we thank Charlotte and Carol for all the lovely chats we had at breakfast, and for their service.

The breakfast choices are plenty. great quality well prepared and tasted great. The lady serving was lovely really helpful. Overall our stay although unexpected was a lovely break away and one we would repeat. If you have dinner here the mini biscoff doughnuts are amazing 😍
The signature rooms are lovely and comfortable. Lots of space and it feels very plush. The pub/restaurant are both very good for a beer or dinner. Big car park and the beer garden looks like it would be good fun in the Summer.
The Anchor Inn was half a mile from my new grandson's house. The room was large with a comfortable double bed and tea and coffee making facilities with fresh milk.
Breakfast was of good quality and well cooked. The staff were most friendly.
We would definitely stay there again.
I loved everything about this place. My room was spacious and thoughtfully put together, very comfortable bed, and amazing shower. Dinner and drinks were lights out. Highly recommend!
