The hotel was very clean (one of the cleanest I've stayed in) and the room was beautiful. The breakfast was simple but good. The pub downstairs was very atmospheric. The staff was attentive. There were grocery stores, a subway station, pharmacy etc. within walking distance. There were complementary water bottles available. You couldn't hear a sound from the other rooms.

My friends and I liked everything about ths hotel! It's stylish, gorgeous, clean and cozy. Despite the windows faced the street with traffic, we heard nothing because of good isolation.

The property is in a very nice neighborhood, very well connected to all main areas of London by tube/bus. Also, there is a nice tavern close it where you can eat dinner/drink some beers after a long day.
Staff is very responsive and very helpful.
We stayed at Dawson House at the end of August 2023 and found it delightful. We appreciated its British charm, and Innkeeper Martin’s friendly hospitality made us feel so welcomed. The rooms were clean and the Hampstead neighborhood quaint and quiet. It’s the perfect place to stay for a quick weekend getaway. If you’re from out of town, make sure you ask Martin about the area—what to do, where to go and where to eat. He knows just about every nook and cranny in London! We can’t wait to go back and see him.

Really well located if you want to visit London and especially Excel conventions. Cute, old fashioned Inn with really nice personnel. Rooms were tidy and clean and furniture was in good condition and fairly new. But was enough for a really quick shower. Food in the tavern was really good.
I've known the Crown and Greyhound for 40 years and love that I can now stay here, it has lots of memories! The pub is a truly historic inn with great beer, loved to see Proper Job on the bar. Looks like I've written more in the didn't like se lion but they are minor things and I'd come back recommend staying here...it's a great place to stay.
