Pub was very welcoming with great decor, staff really friendly and the food was very good
Situated in Penzance, 1.7 km from Praa Sands Beach, Coach and Horses INN features accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a shared lounge and a restaurant.
Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening, which distinguishes them from country or guest houses.
Paid for an ocean view room so the views were amazing. The weather was fabulous so we took advantage of the terrace area and garden. Dinner in the Terrace restaurant was great had the catch of the day fish and chips which was fresh and delicious. The access to the coastal path and resulting walk to Lizard peninsula on our first day and then all the way to Kynance cove on the second day was fabulous. Staff were friendly, and professional.
This is central to the Lizard village in a lovely farm house. We stayed in a spacious room with views in 2 directions over fields and the sea. Great hosts who made us very welcome. One of the best B&B we have stayed in while walking the SWCP, and well worth the slightly detour!
Also recommend the Mexican Dinner near by for eating out, which is amazing?
We were on a walk from Penzance to Truro and The Top House Inn place was a delightful stay. It's beautifully decorated, neatly laid out and comfortable for 4 people. The staff were really helpful and we had a great stay. We cannot recommend it more highly.
It's a lovely Inn, the staff is welcoming and the common rooms are charming. A band was plying in the evening so we didn't need to go drive anywhere for a nice fun evening.
The food was excellent - great choice at breakfast and dinner. The views from the Terrace restaurant were fab as was the location for getting out along the coast path.
The staff were accommodating and friendly.
The owners take great care of their guest house and inn. Facilities were excellent. Breakfast very nice and substantial.
