Helpful, friendly staff - we were able to check in early and had a parking permit for the duration of our stay. Dinner and breakfast were both excellent. Perfect central location just by the castle wall so we were able to walk to all the key attractions.

Lovely tranquil location, great for a walk along the canal in the morning. 30mins walk into the city Centre. Lovely outdoor seating area at the inn to have a drink by the canal in the evening or a bite to eat. Staff very friendly & helpful. Bed very comfortable & room was large. Shower was fantastic. Ample free parking which is secure. Will definitely stay again when I come back to Lincoln.

Clean, comfortable, well-run guest house with good big rooms & bathrooms and very decent breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Location is excellent, spitting distance from cathedral, castle, plenty of good places to eat (recommend Jew's House & Ole, Ole), pubs (recommend Strugglers Inn). It's a 15-min walk from the station but remember there is the well-named Steep Hill to climb on the way there!
