Perfect location for access to the city and for the Athena venue. Room was super clean and well decorated, and great views from top floor. The room also had a wonderful walk in shower/wet area. Breakfast had slightly less choice than the standard Premier Inn type buffets, but what was there was hot and decent quality. Overall the hotel was quiet and the staff very friendly.

Good sized room and there was minimal noise from outside the hotel. We took dinner in the restaurant, which was very good and reasonable value with one or two unusual but tasty dishes. The breakfast was great. Good parking provision.

Staff were friendly, rooms really small and stuffy, couldn't swing a cat, beds basic and uncomfortable, £80 for a Thursday night in Leicester is a push I would say, stayed in far bigger hotels for a quick night that are cheaper and more enjoyable, Premier Inns/Travelodges 100x better.

Very helpful having an arrangement with a local pub for dinner and the discount was an added bonus. Less so was the advice about breakfast. Whilst the 'garage' was not a restaurant they had good coffee and pastries along with facilities for sitting. Whilst not ideal they served our purpose for breakfast.

It’s. it a guest house, it’s an absolute dump, no smoke detectors in the room I staying in, not floor coverings throughout so every footstep is a bang, doors slamming all night, the smell in the place is disgusting, I decided to stay in a premiere inn…. but more expensive but head an shoulders above this dump
