It was so nice to be able to sit outside at one of the tables in the garden and enjoy the setting sun with supper. Breakfast was spectacular and prepared at the moment. We were not bothered by noise at night even though there is an adjoined pub. Perhaps that depends on the particular day of the week. The hosts were so friendly and went out of their way to help.
The location requires dexterity to reach form Luton. We suggest a taxi from Luton airport if you don;t have a car.

The location of the Inn and the friendly staff. So kind of Rob for helping us with phone calls and letting my relatives use his phone to contact me. I had Cell phone issues.
The Inn had a local feel to it and provided walkable and enjoyable outings. Especially the Memorial Gardens across the street. The breakfasts were large and we enjoyed the traditional English fry up! There are also some nice restaurants near by within walking distance.
The courtyard is cute and it was nice to sit out there for a bit when the weather was good.

Everything was as described. The location quiet and beautiful. Ten to fifteen minute drive to the WB studios. Easy to get to London by train.
I recommend to eat dinner there, the food is absolutely amazing.
This was a lovely hotel and ideal for attending the Warner Brothers Studio. We had dinner and breakfast which was tasty and good value. The pool was small but nice to have the opportunity to have a swim. The room was comfortable and well sized with modern facilities.
The hotel and grounds are impressive, and steeped in history. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and professional, especially Paula in Reception. The dinner selection was good, I personally feel there could have been a little more choice. The breakfast selection was ok, again, could have had a better selection of fresh fruit and continental.
We ate breakfast and dinner, reasonable menu.
The location is super on a large village green, in lush countryside.

breakfast, only one very good, one ok, one very poor, dinner good, but on the Friday all the fish dishes unavailable we were offered hake, very well cooked with asparagus acceptable alternative.
