Staff were very friendly and helpful. Pub had friendly atmosphere. Bar food was delicious. Was perfectly placed for the rugby and made the trip to and from the ground a breeze. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was just the ticket in the morning and again the staff member that served us couldn’t have done more. All of the staff were so friendly and made sure I was comfortable. Breakfast was delicious in the restaurant downstairs and enjoyed chatting to the owners and the chef in the mornings. The apartment is huge and had everything I needed over my stay for a wedding nearby. The gowns and blankets made it even more comfortable when we were just chilling in the room. The pub downstairs is really cosy and had a good atmosphere, wish I could have stayed longer.

I was given a room right in the top of the building with a window that over-looked the side road. This turned out to be perfect as their was less road/traffic noise to be heard and I couldn't hear any noise from the bar down below.
The decor in the room matched the pictures online and had everything I could want. It was comfortable, clean linens and towels and good hot water in the shower. Great, safe car parking. Local vicinity felt safe. Plenty of meal or food options along the street.

We arrieved a little early on the hottest day ofthe year and they allowed us to check in early and so we were able to freshen upand rest before enjoying a night in London.

The Swan Inn is fabulous. The staff were friendly, helpful, professional and informative. A special thank you to Jade who went above and beyond to make our stay a great experience. Room was clean, spacious and the beds were so comfy. Prices very reasonable.
Beautiful building. Balcony did face the inner complex but it was a really easy walk to the river. The apartment and furnishings were very comfortable and host really easy to contact.

The Bridge Inn was basic but immaculately clean. The on site Thai restuarant was superb! The best meal we have had in a long while. Although the Inn is on a noisy road next to a railway line once inside you don't hear a thing. We had a suprisingly good nights sleep
My room was really large for what I paid, and the beds were comfy. The Bridge Inn itself was near to the train station and was well situated. Being above a bar, there was easy access to food and drink, and the Thai restaurant it sits above was really delicious. Wifi worked well and I had all the usual facilities. Towels, shampoo, a kettle, television, lamp and fan were all out in the room for me to use. Great place and would use again.
The staff were friendly and happy to help out with anything we might need, and the Thai restaurant owned by the inn was nice! There's a back door that the guest get access to so they don't have to enter through the bar, if loud people late at night isn't their thing.
The underground and bus stations were nearby and easily led us into London. The housekeeper was AMAZING—she was super nice and let us leave our bags in the inn as well as use the bathrooms to get ready in, as we were early for our check-in time. She also cleaned our rooms almost the moment we got there because she knew we really just wanted to get into the city without having to worry about our stuff.
