Everything, the room was so comfortable and spacious, the pillows comfortable, so clean and it was detached from the main building to the rear so it was also quiet. The breakfast was the best we've ever enjoyed, real quality with adequate portions. The staff were very friendly, helpful and engaging. We will definitely stay again and again.

The staff was engaging and wonderful! I loved that every meal had a vegan / vegetarian option. It was quiet, but clearly a place where locals gather. I look forward to staying there again!
Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening – distinguishing them from country or guest houses.
I asked for an early check as flying in from Australia and the staff managed to have the room ready for 11:15am. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Adequate Parking, excellent location to the town, Great country walks nearby. Breakfast and dinner were excellent. Room was very good.
An extremely comfortable room. Breakfast was a good meal and we had dinner and lunch on one occasion and they were both excellent quality. They made out dog very welcome too.
Excellent location for our needs.A short walk behind the hotel leads to the very pretty village of East Garston..Our room and en suite were excellent.Tea,coffee water and biscuits provided with towels and Sky tv in the room.Excellent dining room both for dinner and breakfast.Recommended.
Loved the old house with it’s ambience. Good service and high level of comfort. Perfect location and this town is a true gem! Had wonderful dinner at John O’Gaunts too!
Very clean, well decorated , interesting/ enjoyable prints everywhere, individual touches, though part of a group. Restful and spacious bedroom. Very well appointed bathroom with bath and a shower- and lots of hot water! Dinner menu excellent, as was the chef.
The Queen's Arms is situated north of the M4 at East Garston: leave the motorway at exit 14 and take A338 northwards, turning left at Great Shefford towards Lambourn. It presents a somewhat rustic appearance - a country pub with extensions. However the rooms are comfortable and the cooking is very good - dinner and breakfast were much enjoyed.
