We have been to the Seaham area several times and this is the best place we have stayed. The room was small but had ample storage so didn't feel too small. The room was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. The bathroom was of ample size and the large shower with rain type shower head was invigorating. The breakfast was outstanding and the staff very friendly and helpful.

From start to Finnish this place looks after you. Great welcome from Cameron who helped with our bags to the room. The room was well thought out with everything you need in the right place. Someone has gone to a lot of effort to get this place right. Breakfast was fantastic and a 10 min drive from Durham. I don’t often give places a 10/10 but this does
I had dinner at The Stars of Siam, and it was delicious. The staff was friendly, and they always managed to give me a table where I could enjoy privacy as well.
This was our first visit to this hotel. The staff were great nothing was too much trouble. We had breakfast and dinner at the hotel, which was excellent for taste and quality. Lovely cleaning lady who spoke to us every day and made us feel very welcome.
the bedroom was large, the bed very large and comfy, and everything spotless. All food was excellent, with a wide choice both at dinner and breakfast. Drinks were reasonably priced, and we liked that the bar has been kept in its original condition, even though there have been massive and tasteful extensions/ modifications to the rest of the property

The rooms were spacious & very clean but not very warm I think the windows need replacing as there was a lot of draft & noise coming through
