HQ Pencadlys, hotel in Holywell

This family hotel/public house features a well-stocked bar, a sunny beer garden with ample seating and an off-road private car park at the front and to the rear of the building.

When we first arrived their was maintenance which we was previously made aware of but the room wasn't up to standards very small, but once we had made staff aware we was moved into a larger room that was newly refurbished and was so lovely. The staff couldn't do anymore to help! We come to North Wales a lot as we have family there and have stayed here before when it was the previous owners, we will definitely be returning.

Bawn Lodge, hotel in Holywell

Just 10 minutes’ walk from Chester city centre, the family-run Bawn Lodge offers traditional cooked breakfasts, free parking and free Wi-Fi. Chester Railway Station is half a mile away.

Our room was clean and comfortable a reasonable size with a nice bathroom and shower. We decided to stay in and the food was excellent, staff were friendly and attentive, and we thoroughly enjoyed our evening. Breakfast was great, freshly cooked, and good quality ingredients. On site parking was also a plus but left the car as centre of Chester is only 15 min walk away.

Fifteens of Chester, hotel in Holywell

Fifteens of Chester is located in the centre of Chester, just an 8-minute walk from Chester Train Station. Positioned above a pub, there is free WiFi access available in all areas.

Clean quirky room. Not a huge amount of space in the room itself but little "hallway " between bedroom and bathroom so room to put the cases there. Iurs had a iron and ironing board in wardrobe and fairly sure window was double glazed.

We had breakfast and was very well looked after. We also had a evening meal which was lovely and had no waiting even though it was a busy night in the Inn.

The Glan Yr Afon Inn was the perfect place to stay whilst working in the area. The rooms are simple but perfect and the pub itself was very welcoming. I will return if working in the area. Thank you.

The hosts at the venue were attentive to our needs but equally giving us space. We have booked to go back before we left. It is such a warm, welcoming tavern. The views were spectacular and off the beaten track.
