The Red Lion Hinxton, hotel in Hinxton

In a tiny village south of Cambridge, this appealing 16th-century freehouse has an AA Rosette restaurant, an atmospheric bar, and new-build en suite rooms with free internet.

The Staff, especially James, were excellent as Showing us our room / Front of House / Taking Orders, he was all over the place. Food for Dinner and Freshly Cooked Breakfast (Included) no complaints. Very quiet, might be time of year though looks like in the summer it will have a lot of Guests outdoor in the Garden. Great standard of Decoration. Perfect for visiting Duxford Museum

The single room was perfectly fine and comfortable enough for my short stay (3 days) with a decent walk-in shower. The staff were friendly and hospitable. The food seemed nice enough and wasn’t too expensive
