We stayed for my husbands birthday as he’s quite the Topgear/Grand Tour fan. It’s a beautiful pub and the room was gorgeous, we were told we had been upgraded on arrival and stayed in Win Green. Lovely big room with en-suite and a very comfortable bed! We had dinner and enjoyed the chateaubriand steak platter for two which was cooked to perfection! The staff were all lovely from checking in, to dinner, to breakfast in the morning which was also amazing. Definitely recommend and will be back again.

Great setting that has been thoughtfully decorated.
Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening, which distinguishes them from country or guest houses.
A super stop-over for one night in a traditional inn located in a beautiful village. The room was very comfortable with everything I needed for a business trip. Food and drink were available in the pub which was very convenient.
Lovely appointed and clean hotel. The staff have thought of everything. Rooms are comfortable and very clean. Lovely en-suite with high quality toiletries. The food, both dinner and breakfast, was excellent and very good value for money. Great place to stay in really nice area and close to some lovely attractions
Super location, lovely room and nice and clean. Great food offering for dinner in the amazing boot room. And the menu replicated in gluten free which made choosing very easy. Nice choice of alcohol free wines and fizz too. The ambience and decor in the pub and eating areas is superb. The staff are incredible and very knowledgeable on food and wines.
Very welcoming and comfortable. I was really impressed with the genuine friendliness of everyone I met ; they have a fantastic customer-first attitude. The dinner menu (and service) was excellent, and I have not had a better breakfast anywhere. Top marks.
Staff so helpful and understanding when we had car problems and were very late arriving (2am) and needed to use their phone next day to try and sort out garage. Night manager greeted us warmly when we arrived . Breakfasts delicious as was dinner on our second night. Great decor and beautiful room .
The Lamb Inn looks very much as good in reality as it does in the photos. The pub itself has loads of historic character, very atmospheric and is tastefully renovated as are the guest rooms combining modern elements while retaining and respecting its heritage and sense of history. Its location in the beautiful picturesque village of Hindon is also a great plus and a pleasure to walk around. A very good base to explore the Wiltshire countryside and nearby areas.
