This is a charming property set in a historic building. The room was very clean. A rain type shower head made for an enveloping shower. The room was well insulated from the pub noise below. The staff was very warm and friendly. The beds were comfortable and the heating was easy to adjust for a pleasant room temperature. The facility is very convenient to the airport and to the tube.

We missed our flight connection at Heathrow and quite by luck found The Swan. Omg what a find. It was sooo beautiful in this 17th century inn on the river and literally a 20 min bus ride to Heathrow. Their Fish and Chips in the restaurant is world class and the selection of beers was outstanding. Amazing room overlong the Thames. You cannot beat this place

The location for Hampton court palace is perfect. A short walk to the main entrance and actually had views of the maze. The staff were friendly and helpful. We ate dinner and breakfast at the hotel and both meals were Very pleasant. Close to a nice Italian too. We were surprised to get one of the parking spaces outside the hotel, but the nearest car park was only a 5min walk.
Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening – distinguishing them from country or guest houses.
We love Hilton Garden Inns for overnights before time to fly home to the USA.
Breakfast option, decent restaurant for dinner (where we can meet family), good bedding, air conditioning when it's hot.
Close to the airport international terminal ... we prefer Gatwick to Heathrow, but when LHR is the only option this place works out very well.
We had dinner in the Vivre restaurant which was good and we left early the following morning to catch
a BA flight and used the walkway to reach Termimal 5 whic was very helpful
Super close the Heathrow airport, very clean and great air conditioning. Our room was quiet and had a very comfortable bed. Towels were a decent size too. Staff were welcoming and check in easy.
We also had a simple but very well cooked to order dinner in the restaurant so have no complaints.
The family room was spacious and comfortable. Location was a 10-15 min walk from train station and area with a variety of shops and restaurants. The same distance in a different direction to the Battle of Britain Bunker--an excellent museum and tour! Also a short taxi ride to Heathrow--planning to book again when in the area. It had a unique small, historic inn feel with all the modern comforts. Breakfast was excellent with a variety of choices. Gluten free toast was available upon request.
