Staff were great and the rooms were clean. For the price we paid and breakfast included, can't complain. Only needed the room overnight as we had traveled to attend a wedding nearby.

Amazing location, Owners were very polite and lovely to chat to! Accomodation has been finished to a very high standard whilst maintaining a rustic feel.
Lovely, historic hotel right near the centre of Hereford. Rooms were adjoining as requested and lovely. We were able to check in early, which considering we were arriving via canoe, mid-trip down the River Wye meant a relaxing shower before having a wonderful dinner! Staff were exceptionally kind, helping us to store our medical supplies for my son and allowing for his needs at the restaurant for dinner. Would return to the Green Dragon every time I was planning to visit Hereford.
Stayed whilst running part of the Offa's Dyke Path. The Crown Inn, is a few miles off the path, but was worth the diversion. I had a lovely evening meal. The breakfast was also great and set me up for another day of running. The accommodation was clean and comfortable. The local shop was an added bonus.
The staff were very welcoming, the room was beautiful, clean & comfy. We arrived quite late on the afternoon of our stay and they went out of their way to save us a dinner before the restaurant closed.
Breakfast was outstanding all very tasty locally sourced produce & our host went over & above to make us a sandwich to take on our walk that day. We would definitely stay here again.
We avoid chains like Premier Inn and like to support independent places like this because you never know quite what to expect. Yes it could do with some TLC but it was lovely! Quiet, roomy, really comfortable 4 poster bed, loads of character and a bespoke packed meal magically left for us on our doorstep at 6.45 each morning.
Fantastic location for walkers. Facilities suitable for walkers, hiking etc. Location very picturesque . Great breakfast. Wasn't there for the dinner but menu looked good.
Rustic authentic very relaxing due to no tv or Wi-Fi. Reused recycled furniture was awesome what a bloody great idea. Courtyard amazing. More spacious and appealing on arrival much better in the flesh was very impressed indeed. Shower hot.
Very clean and comfortable, staff very friendly and efficient. The owners were offsite when we arrived but they communicated really well and even recommended a really good Indian restaurant for dinner.
Very nice breakfast, cooked to order.
