The breakfasts were fantastic and the 10% discount on food was great. The staff were really helpful and the entire place was extremely clean. It was the perfect location for exploring Haworth. The bed was comfortable, the shower was lovely, and the room was the right temperature.

White Lion, hotel in Haworth

Set in Hebden Bridge and with Victoria Theatre reachable within 12 km, White Lion offers a terrace, non-smoking rooms, free WiFi and a bar.

The White Lion is a lovely old property on the banks of the river and only 5 minutes walk from the town centre and The Trades Club. Our room, no 7 was in the courtyard with its own private entrance and was very nicely decorated and furnished. We particularly liked the little vestibule for hanging up coats, the very well-stocked basket of teas, coffees, milks and biscuits, the big fluffy towels and free toiletries, and the low, soft but very comfortable bed. The staff were very welcoming and attentive and there was a good range of options for breakfast, all very well cooked. A lovely place that we will definitely return to if we go to The Trades Club again.

Great hotel and an amazing location (it was like staying on a film set, and the home of the Bronte sisters). Good, clean and comfortable rooms with a good size bathroom. Excellent dinner and breakfast with friendly, helpful staff. We stayed on a Friday so the square was very busy.

Loved our 2 night stay at Rosebud Cottage. The hosts are a lovely friendly couple who know the area well. Excellent freshly prepared breakfast and well presented bedroom. We found lots of restaurants within walking distance on the main street and particularly enjoyed the Sun Inn which was the furthest walk away.

The Fleece Inn is a really lovely place to stay, in a beautiful setting, with lots of history and stunning views. It was spotlessly clean and wasn’t overpriced. The bed was very comfortable. We decided to eat at the pub every day after visiting various places because the food was so good.

The Fleece Inn was the perfect place to stay in Haworth. The location was great, right in the main street, which made everything easily accessible within a short walk. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and did everything possible to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms were spotlessly clean and the beds comfortable with everything you could want or need supplied. The food, both breakfast and dinner, was delicious. I would definitely stay there again

Despite the fact that our booking with Booking.com had been miscommunicated from Booking.com, the Fleece Inn found us an exceptional room for two nights.

Lovely old historic inn in a nice quiet location about 1/2 hour from Halifax. Very comfortable room and really friendly staff. Nice homely feel to the lounge bar area as well. Good breakfast to set us up for the day and there was a great menu for the evening meals. Would recommend the stuffed chicken breast wrapped in bacon with mushroom sauce and potatoes. It was gorgeous.
