The location for Hampton court palace is perfect. A short walk to the main entrance and actually had views of the maze. The staff were friendly and helpful. We ate dinner and breakfast at the hotel and both meals were Very pleasant. Close to a nice Italian too. We were surprised to get one of the parking spaces outside the hotel, but the nearest car park was only a 5min walk.

This is a charming property set in a historic building. The room was very clean. A rain type shower head made for an enveloping shower. The room was well insulated from the pub noise below. The staff was very warm and friendly. The beds were comfortable and the heating was easy to adjust for a pleasant room temperature. The facility is very convenient to the airport and to the tube.

The staff was incredibly helpful, friendly and communicative ahead of the booking. It was a very quaint, beautiful little room and we sincerely wished we had more time to visit Richmond and enjoy the location.
