A real country pub with superb, above avarage restaurant facilities and cooking quality. The restaurant is well visited during the evenings and we can understand why. The surrounding countryside is lovely for an evening walk. Staff could not have been more helpful.

Great location for us with what we wanted to do in the area. Excellent pub (Cartford Inn) at the bottom of the road and only 5 mins walk which was great for dinner one evening.
great selection for breakfast. Really good hosts. I loved the artwork and photographs throughout the inn. The starter at dinner was fabulous, A really eclectic mix of design and interiors which I loved.
Centre of village lovely independent shops, excellent Patisserie across from the apartment, splendid walk to The Cartford Inn for lunch, Riverside walks. Lovely owner excellent communication left fresh eggs, bottle of wine, biscuits will return thanks for a wonderful stay
