The hotel is about 3 mile from Windermere. Its a quiet location but the hotel makes up for it.
Fully decorated with autumn and halloween decor which was great.
Really clean and little perks like a reading shelf and dog blankets.
the room itself was spotless with soft features. Really comfy bed and fully stocked refreshments.

Fabulous rooms & location .. breakfast inc across the road at the Inn @Grassmere, food was fantastic and staff were lovely ,made us & our 2 dogs very welcome
Location was perfect , peaceful but lots of little.cafes and bars to eat at , superb walks on the doorstep
Breakfast was supplied and was perfect. We also ate dinner there and it was lovely, I would recommend eating here.
The staff for the hotel and the restaurant were very nice and friendly. Also very helpful with the checking in process.

A very nice historic Inn on the edge of the lovely village of Grasmere. Very friendly, helpful staff, large comfortable rooms and good food available all day. A nice bar too.
We had a great weekend at the Inn at Grasmere. It’s rustic, stylish and simply comfortable place to relax. Sauna and swimming pool were great for recovering after hiking.
Staff were very welcoming, excellent food and very spacious rooms. Also, it’s a dog friendly hotel.
