Location worked well for our visit to The Royal Welsh Show. Enjoyed a riverside walk and a lovely supper at The Hart Inn round the corner. Host very welcoming and helpful. Comfortable and spotlessly clean.

The host (Geraldine) was very kind and helpful, the room was clean and modern with a small facility for coffee/tea. Surroundings are beautiful (Hay-on-Wye, Brecon Beacons), nice pub (The Harp Inn) very close by with good food and drinks and a kind landlord. By the River is situated near a very busy local road, but the traffic dies down a lot at night so we slept fine.

Great location close by the River Wye with a lovely view. Also close to Hay-on-Wye without the disadvantage of being in a busy town. The Harp Inn is a very popular pub with a friendly atmosphere and attentive staff. Our room was well appointed, comfortable with no overnight disturbances in the form of traffic noise or noise of any kind. We slept very well and the full English breakfasts set us up for the day’s explorations. We will certainly return to the Harp Inn.

You received a warm welcome on arrival, it had a large car park and you could enjoy an evening meal at the inn. There was a very generous breakfast provided as part of the room rate. Would stay again.

Very friendly and helpful owners. Room was small but clean and fine for a couple of nights. Good breakfast, catering for vegetarians too. Great being able to just go downstairs for dinner in the pub too. Again, good food with options for vegan and vegetarian diets.
