Lovely location, comfy and big rooms. Great breakfast... all good.
Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening, which distinguishes them from country or guest houses.
Great location for a stop over, travelling between Wales and Scotland. Staff were all very friendly, great breakfast, nice place for dinner and a drink.
Great location, Garstang is a very nice compact town.
Old style coaching inn with character
Breakfast was very good, plenty of choice and evening meals offered a good variety as well.
Staff very friendly and accommodating
A big, well equipped golf hotel. Very large room. All facilities normal provided. The dinner I had - steak & ale pie, chips & mushy peas was probably one of the best of its kind I have eaten. Excellent! Masses of car parking available.
Delightful, helpful staff. Excellent dinner and breakfast (scrambled egg would put many 4 and 5 star hotels to shame!). Convenient location for M6. Almost exactly half way between St Andrews and London. Extremely quiet. Easy, plentiful parking in hotel's car park. Well appointed, spacious room. Lovely views over golf course and surrounding countryside. Very good value for money.
The hotel is lovely, and the staff were exceptionally cortious. We had our evening meal on night of arrival which was very good. Breakfast matched our expectations after the dinner..
Breakfast was excellent as was dinner the previous evening. Clean, comfy bed with hot showers
