Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening, which distinguishes them from country or guest houses.
Very nice staff - lot´of work and love gone into the details! Both dinner and breakfast was great - the view on Loch Ness is amazing - and the whisky list, even more so!
The kindness of the staff! Mother and daughter did a great job!
Location of the B&B at the less "crowded" side of Loch Ness was a plus for us. We had a good dinner on arrival
Located in a quiet, off the beaten track location, we loved the peace and quiet of the hotel. Set high above Loch Ness, the views of the Loch are fantastic to enjoy from the bar garden and restaurant. We had a delicious meal in the restaurant for dinner enjoying the view. The forest view bedroom was spacious and quiet, very clean and the bed and bed linen were exceptionally comfortable. We were sorry to only be staying for one night and can highly recommend for a peaceful lakeside break.
The location- once you find it.
They are so dog friendly !!!! Hardly ever been anywhere where our dogs were so welcomed.
We had dinner one day and loved the food.
Everything about our stay at Craigdarroch was excellent. The location was beautifull, the hotel was presented really nicely and had a welcoming/cosy feel to it.
The staff were really friendly and very accomadating to any requests, we enquired about having friends who were staying nearby for dinner one night during our stay, and they made the extra effort to accomadate them which made our stay extra special.
Breakfast/dinner/the bar was spot on aswell, great choice of drinks ranging from soft to alcoholic, and the food was superb.
Stunning location, so peaceful. The bed was fantastic, so comfy and huge!
Dinner and breakfast in the restaurant were both delicious. Highly recommend a stay here, the family who run the hotel were really friendly.
Very peaceful setting, large comfortable room with a great view of Loch Ness. Staff were excellent. The dinner was exceptional.
